The restaurant Under The Sea is a chamber restaurant of Japanese cuisine, located in the Central district of St. Petersburg.
The interior plays on the name of the project. Guests are greeted by a structural ceiling in the form of a sea wave, made of light wood, and fixtures in the form of fishing rods thrown into the sea.
The geography of our menu is vast: salmon from the Faroe Islands, tuna from the Indian Ocean, scallop from the Far East, crab from Kamchatka and even hamachi that comes to us from Japan.
Our goal is to introduce guests to the philosophy of Japanese cuisine, where the taste of the original product is so important.
