UNDER THE SEA is a small Japanese sushi bar in Moscow region of Saint Petersburg. This sleek space has two rooms which can host 30 guests, and a sushi bar where patrons can see chefs making sushi, rolls and sashimi. Then restaurant's elegant white-and-grey interior is covered with a light wooden ceiling with 'wave' effects.
Apart from sushi and sashimi, UNDER THE SEA serves light starters, salads and mains - all influenced by modern Japanese cuisine. Seafood from all over the world: tuna from Maldives, salmon from Faroe islands, scallop from Russian far East and kamchatka crab.
We want to introduce our guests to the principles of true Japanese cuisine, its the philosophy of freshness, simplicity, and unique flavour combinations.
